Thiết kế đa tầng xen kẽ cây xanh cho phép tận dụng diện tích hiệu quả, đồng thời thúc đẩy lối sống bền vững, phù hợp với xu hướng kiến trúc xanh hiện đại.

Tầng trệt được tổ chức linh hoạt: thay vì tầng hầm, xe được đưa vào tầng trệt với lối dốc nhẹ, kết hợp nâng sàn để tránh ngập. Cách xử lý cao độ và khoảng đệm cây xanh tạo nên sự chuyển tiếp mềm mại giữa trong và ngoài, mang lại cảm giác “ốc đảo” giữa phố thị. Lối vào tận dụng độ dốc tự nhiên, tăng nhịp điệu không gian và trở thành điểm lý tưởng cho sinh hoạt gắn kết gia đình. Từ lầu 1, không gian được phân chia rõ ràng: khu sinh hoạt chung bán mở gồm phòng khách – bếp với khoảng thông tầng lớn và cây xanh đệm. Ánh sáng tự nhiên được dẫn xuyên tầng qua giếng trời, làm nổi bật vật liệu và kiến tạo nhịp điệu thị giác thay đổi theo thời gian. Tầng trên dành cho không gian nghỉ ngơi. Phòng ngủ rộng rãi, tích hợp bồn tắm nhìn ra mảng xanh. Cửa sổ lớn, các ban công và góc thư giãn đều được bố trí đón sáng và gió trời. Mỗi chi tiết đều hướng tới mục tiêu nâng cao chất lượng sống – tạo nên một không gian yên bình, riêng tư nhưng vẫn đầy cảm hứng trong lòng đô thị.

The project integrates interior greenery as a core strategy to improve air quality and restore a connection with nature — a much-needed element in the context of dense urbanization, where green space and landscape continuity are lacking. These internal gardens serve not only to reduce noise and filter dust but also to provide calming visual breaks, enhancing daily living. With a vertically layered layout combined with greenery, the house optimizes usable space while supporting a sustainable lifestyle aligned with contemporary eco-conscious architecture. At ground level, instead of a basement, a sloped carport is incorporated into the main floor, with a gentle ramp and raised flooring for flood resilience. This level shift, combined with lush landscaping, creates a soft transition between the house and its surroundings — a “green oasis” within the city. The entry’s natural slope adds rhythm and frames a warm gathering space, ideal for family bonding.

On the first floor, spaces are clearly divided between communal and private zones. The semi-open living and kitchen area is anchored by a generous central void and internal planting, allowing natural light to flow deep into the core. A skylight casts dynamic daylight across surfaces, accentuating materials and creating a poetic visual rhythm that changes throughout the day. Upper levels are devoted to rest and privacy. Bedrooms are spacious, with bathtubs oriented toward planted views. Large openings and private balconies are placed to welcome sunlight and fresh air, while maintaining privacy and tranquility. Every corner — from built-in benches to reading nooks — is designed to enrich the user’s experience and emotional comfort.
